Hi... which APIs are you trying to use. If you are using the Payment Gateway APIs, follow these steps to set-up your Sandbox account. https://developer.exactpay.com/docs/requesting-a-sandbox-account
The Embedded Payments APIs require our team to manually set-up the sandbox account and then send your access credentials. Let us know if you need access to those APIs.
